Hi Steve,
For normal daylight - None.
For high vibration prone applications - 4T's have the edge with the
aperture/mirror lock up.
For cold weather - 3Ti's get the nod.
In manual - 4T's do not offer TTL or FP flash, 3Ti's do.
Control knobs are all the same.
