I have been using American Frame. Somewhat limited in maximum size and
selection, but much cheaper than local framing outfits. Framing an original of
approximately 11x17 with a 2.75 mat, metal frame, foam core, and plexiglass
costs about $23. Turn around time is pretty good. This is their contact info:

And, if you have been framing your shots, do you have a good reference for a 
frame company? The locals here are outrageously high-retail.
