I have a Polaroid unit which does this. Range is about 10m and it just
provides a contact closure for the duration of time you keep you finger on
the transmitter button. This means you can use it to fire a single shot or
a high speed sequence with the Winder or Motor Drives. I couldn't find much
info on it on the web, however I know that Mamiya rebadge the Polaroid unit
for their 645.
