Yes it will.  You can also mix and match the T20 and T32.  I use a T20 on
the camera and the T32 on the BG2 with it pointed at the ceiling to bounce
behind the subject.  It gives more even lighting if the room's ceiling isn't
really high.  I can manage about 16ft ceilings.
