Well, define "white". there are a million "whites" out there. Plus the 
flash puts out fairly cold white light anyway.

The TTL system was intended I think for on camera flash only. Plus, the 
camera cannot control each flash individually, so the light from the 
one that fires straight on the front of the subject will control the 
other flashes. Forget TTL for studio lighting. You need a flash meter 
to determine light ratios, and you should get one that has a flash sync 
socket and switch on it for convenience. It would be even better to get 
a studio flash outfit that has modelling lights so that you can 
actually see where the shadows and highlights are located on the 
subject.
