Loooong (many minutes) night-time exposures in a tiny package, about
the size of a P&S. Control of the aperture, plus input through a +1.5
switch and ISO settings. Also, with the A-16 flash (and a home-made
linear dial), amazingly accurate and long-reach fill-flash. Shhhhh !
Don't tell anyone...prices have been depressed since Gary's test came out
(Chasseur D'iMages gave it around 50 lpm's at f/5.6, but they tend
to vignette (I use print film in'em, not such a big deal).
Add to this their cost, around $100 for one with the smaller flash. You
DO want the A-16, trust me. They look totally un-professional, which is to
the good, and they're the brainchildren of Maitani. Need I say more ?
[I'm looking for a back-up A-16, btw, if anyone spots one]

                                       *= Doris Fang =*

Ps. So...is it possible to paint over the led in the OM-2/2n ? I was
thinking it might act as a pre-exposure, lightening the shadows. Long
ago, I saw a camera converted for available light shooting that had
a tiny bulb in it to pre-expose the film. I did not see the results,
but the guy swore by it.

Pps. Just how long does the XA go exposure-wise. It seems I've had
conversations with strangers during exposures ! :-)
