If $762 is too high for your taste, try out the Tamron 35-100/2.8. Although
a little rare, they go for about $300 in a Adpatall mount. If you compare
the Photodo (or was it the Pop Photo) tests, they basically rate about the
same in MTF testing. I've never touched a Zuiko 35-80/.28 with my prehensile
fingers so can't give a personal comparison but I'm quite happy with my
Tamron.
