Good job, Andrew.  I couldn't have done better if I tried.

FWIW, "zuiko" means "auspicious light" in Japanese.  It's one of those
words
that you see only in dictionaries and have no idea what it's really like.

The former name of Olympus Co. was "Takachiho Kogaku."  "Kogaku" means
"optics" and "Takachiho" was the name of the mountain onto which a god had
descended from the heaven according to Japanese mythology.  Hence the name
Olympus.
