But I wouldn't take this as a generalisation for all "aerial
photography".
In a helicopter for example, I would/did include part of the cockpit to
help frame the shot *and* more importantly to exaggerate the angle that
we were tilted at. When projecting the slides my friends had a better
understanding and feel of what it was like being in the cockpit.
