The T45, but this beast is even heavier and bulkier than the PBG2/T32 combi.
The T32 on its own only supports vertical bounce.

You could try looking for a used Metz 40MZ-2, 40MZ-3 or 32MZ-3. These have
both vertical and horizontal bounce, and support TTL with the correct SCA
adapter.
