Ken, how about using your Vivitar 5200 flash off-camera with the iS-3?   :-)

I know this sounds funny but it can probably be accomplished with the help of a
rare iS flash accessory called the iS/L Multi Flash Synchro Module. It might be
available from Olympus America, but I don't know for sure. In fact the only 
place
I know for certain where you can buy one is at the German mail order store
TechnikDirekt ( http://www.technikdirekt.de/english/ ). Hans bought a multi 
flash
synchro module recently from this place, and he has a full description of it at
