Depends on how you like to focus. I have used both, and basically
find that overall I prefer the 2 series, particularly if I'm using
the focusing aids. I keep a 2-13 in my silver OM-4t. However, Beattie
offers more variety in bright screens, so I have a matte-only (no
split prism) screen with a grid pattern in my black 4T. I like the
grid a lot for landscapes, and am starting to use it some for sports.
My ideal screen would be a 2-13 with a grid, but I've not been brave
enough to try to score my own screen yet.
