Have a look at the German Heliopan website www.heliopan.de

In their pricelist, http://www.heliopan.de/picts/Preisliste.pdf
you will find all kinds of filters, in sizes up to 145mm...

FIY: Two D-Mark equal 1 US dollar (roughly)
