Thanks a LOT my friends. The information about cases causing mold and
attracting moisture is a day late and a dollar (actually about $25.00) short
for me. I just had to have a brown leather Olympus case to protect my OM-1n.
I bought one, in great condition, and now I'm afraid to use it. Anyone want
to buy a great case, cheap? Guaranteed not to cause mold or mildew. Only
used by this owner for only a few days.
Guess I'll just have to check every now and then to make sure things stay
dry. I wonder what else I have in my modest collection that is useless or
even detrimental ? I know the brown cases are a little harder to find than
the black cases. Now I wonder if that's because the brown cases attract more
moisture than the black ones. If worse comes to worse I suppose I could
always use it for a sponge.
I really do like the case, maybe I'll just take the risk and keep the darn
thing. (Thanks, Tom). Sorry everyone, but I've decided not to sell.
