Before I got my 24/2.8 I used to wonder why the TV news crews used WA so
much.  Know I know!  It is very nice to have both the foreground and
background in focus at the same time without using a tripod for those looong
exposures.  I also like the concentration it requires to keep the distortion
to a minimum.
