The architecture is copyrighted, which means that you cannot duplicate 
the building without their permission. If they copyrighted the drawings 
and other renderings, then you cannot infringe those either. If you are 
on their private property, they can make up whatever rules they want to 
about photography. If you are not on their property, and have a film 
permit wherever you are, then you can shoot the building from there.
