No, as far as I know there is no limit with Window98+ using FAT 32. AFAIK 
there's no limit on the number of sectors which can be formatted with FAT 32. 
The limit is in the software or the BIOS. Some BIOSs, and I think Windows**, 
will only allow a partition of a certain size to be formatted in FAT 16, but 
that limit is removed in FAT 32 formatting. As some mentioned, some HD makers 
(Maxtor for one) use software to change the BIOS to allow higher partitions.
