Yours is a particularly "hard case."  Sadly, there is no known cure.  All
the 12-stop program does bracket it "one stop" at a time so you can keep
food on the table and shoes on the children's feet, at least for [enter
place of worship here] on [enter day of worship here].

Recommend you occasionally produce photographs of subjects your family
likes using the Zuiko hardware.  Doing this for your "significant other"
with the newest acquisition shortly after obtaining it has greatest
efficacy in helping your family cope with your disease.

Falling off the program results in "binges" on the Scale[s] of Tom's during
this year.
