Welcome back to your roots, Bern. May I add the suggestion for you to make a
promise to yourself to not touch your AF "do-everything" camera for six
months, and force yourself to use the OM-1, even when you think it would be
easier to use the other one. The extra time you mention it takes to use the
OM-1 will have you thinking about composition, lighting, angles, etc. Soon,
it won't even seem like it takes longer, and you'll look at your finished
product and be very happy.
You see, the modern marvels make us all lazy, until we force ourselves to
actually think again.
