If you sure there was film inside the camera then the circuit of the
camera is failed, I had a OM2sp and a black 4Ti that has exactly the
same problem as you. The 2sp was sold and the 4Ti I'm using it in
manual and spot mode (but the problem disappear when shutter speed is
greater than 1/60s). On the other hand I have another 2sp and 4T,
which work very well. I think this is a common problem for OM2sp and
OM4/4Ti, I have seen my friend's OM4 has similar problem but to a less
extend.
