Foolproof, sure, right... ;-) The easiest way is to take the mailing list
in digest form, you're much less likely to mistake public mail for personal
that way. I'd also like to suggest a forced switch to digest format for
frequent offenders so that they too can enjoy scrolling through message
history to find the next real message.
