Arcane for no good reason? Are you sure you're a sports car fanatic? That's
the very definition of an MG, Sunbeam, Triumph and all of the first
gas-powered skateboards I remember as a kid.
I have pawed over some older Leicas and Eastern Bloc clones - they're fun,
clunky things. I wouldn't use one much, but I wouldn't mind having one. My
idea of a the perfect street photography camera is a good clone of an early
Leica, one that costs around $100 or so. If someone tries to mug you for
it, no problem: you can either let him have it, with little money lost; or
let him have it, as in on the noggin. The things are heavier than a brick
and probably could withstand several beatings.

I fondled an M4P at the store once. I was not positively impressed...I
