I have exchanged a few e-mails with one of the contributing
photographers for these folks at Team Unicorn and was shocked when I was
told that these images came from a Nikon D1. Them D1s are becoming very
popular around the racetrack. Now we need, more than ever, an OM/D6 or
whatever. This is one reason any of my new (new to me that is) high
ticket lens purchases are/will be Tamron adaptall...just in case I need
to use one on a digital body someday I can do so :( Looking forwards to
the SP LD 80-200/2.8 that is on the way to me now...to use on my OM-2S
bodies :) I now realize that I may someday, sometimes, need digital. I'm
still not at all convinced I'll ever need AF though... BTW, that new
Sony with 40-400mm (35mm equivelent) optical zoom range, big imager (3.2
megapixel?), and 3 1/2" CDR on the back looks pretty cool.... Come on
Olympus, show us your stuff!
