Yes, and this is what you need:

To get a TTL connection on the camera you can either get a TTL Connector 3
(still available new from John H., I think - you may want to have him throw
one in with the OM-2), or you can use a shoe 3 and a Shoe Cord (also all
available new from John H., I believe). The shoe cord might be more
convenient, since you wont be removing your hot shoe and replacing it with a
TTL connector all the time.

The multi connector is (usually) needed if you want to use multiple flashes.

To get a TTL connection on a T20 you need a TTL Connector T20 (hard to find,
and priced accordingly), or a Bounce Grip 2 (which has lots of other great
uses, too, of course!). Even more expensive though, and kind of bulky to
carry around.

The T32 has a TTL connection built in. If used on a TTL connector T20 or a
BG2 you can use the extra connection to add another flash, potentially
alleviating the need for the multi connector.

A Duo-Synch cord (3rd party, no longer made, slides into the camera hot shoe
on one end and has a hot shoe for teh flash on the other) would let you get a
T20 of the camera, or if used with a T32, get that flash off the camera and
provides a TTL connector for daisy-chaining to another flash. Might be
cheaper than an Olympus shoe cord if you can find one.

Hope this helps!
