Thanks, Ken. Excellent info. The intent of the permit system seems to be to ensure the parks are protected from the loads of gear, vehicular and foot traffic associated with commercial shoots and motion pictures/industrial films. That's perfectly understandable since a typical commercial shoot or film project can make a place resemble a construction site.
