Do you think the winder shutter trigger action is mechanical? It
didn't require battery to operate? On the other hand consider an
operating computer with suddenly voltage drop to an un-operatable
level. Will it resume operation without re-boot the computer? Anyway
all are just theoretical guess, your method could work to some extend.
