I have returned from the wilds of Joshua Tree NP and what a trip it was.
Now I know why all those Biblical characters took such long trips to the
desert: what a refreshing and stunningly beautiful place. I'm still waiting
for my Kodachromes so I'll save futher thoughts on my trip until they
return.
At the risk of starting a firestorm: excluding the 35-80/2.8, which is the
best of the short focal length telephoto lenses (35-70)? Ignore the
differences in filter size.
