Bogen/Manfrotto makes a macro dual flash holder which I'm thinking of
getting myself. It looks like the flashes can get in pretty close to the
lens. Does anyone have experience with this. Only $40 at CameraWorld in
Portland, Oregon, USA

Marketed in the US under the name Bogen 3278 Macro Flash Bracket. I don't
know about the rest of the world.
