You might try some 3M brand plastic welder. It's a cynoacrylate ( super
glue ) type of adhesive but it comes with a primer to allow it to bond
more readily to ABS and other styrene composite plastics. It's also a
bit thicker than regular super glue to prevent wicking problems.

There are other industrial acrylic based adhesives that would bond the
shoe and make it as strong as is was new, but they're not available
retail. Got any friends in the plastics manufacturing business ?
