I'm also a pine user, and getting this out was a bit of a pain: press
"v" to view a list of attachments, "s" to save the HTML attachment into
a file, the exit pine altogether and load the file you just saved into
an editor. If you're using some sort of telnet program that allows you
to do this, copy the URL into your clipboard then paste it into your
browser URL box.
