I agree with an earlier post that window light with a reflector is your best
bet.  I have, however, had good luck with a T20 just shoe mounted on my
macro shots. I was surprised, as I was just playing around.  The extension
tube should work quite well for you.  It's a nice combo.

The off camera idea is a good one, but the T20 doesn't have a TTL connector,
so you'll need the TTL Auto Connector T20:

which are a bit hard to find (sort of a holy grail item here on the list).

Start with the windows and see what happens.
