Here's data for the C-180:

Specifications:
Magnification: approx. 1.7x
Optical construction: 4 elements in 2 groups
Shooting range: approx 2.1m - infinity (6.9ft -inf)
Length: 56mm (2-3/16in)
Max.diameter: 56mm (2-3/16in)
Weight: 80g (2.8oz)

and for the IS/L lens A-macro HQ converter f=40cm:

Specifications:
Optical contruction: 2 elements in 1 group
Max diameter: 56mm (2-3/16in)
Length: 9.5mm (1/3in)
Weight: 67g (2.4oz)

and for the IS/L lens A-28 HQ converter 0.8x

Specifications:
Focal length: 0.8x
Optical contruction: 3 elements in 2 groups
Shooting range: 0.9m-inf (2.9ft-inf)
Length: 35mm (1-3/8in)
Max.diameter: 82mm (3-1/4in)
