A friend at work found a very old roll of exposed Process K-12 ASA 25
Kodachrome among his father's effects when they were cleaning out his
camera bag. <snip>

Well, mine wasn't this old but I did just recently find a partially used
roll of Kodachrome 64 that was exposed in 1985. I had marked it "19 of
36" exposures and had intended to put it back in the OM-1 from whence it
came but it got lost in the back of a drawer... for 15 years.

So, I sent it off to Kodak in Fairlawn, NJ in a 15 year old Kodak mailer
(one of 5 also in the back of the drawer). I got the slides back a
couple of weeks ago. All of the slides seem to have lost sharpness,
have very low contrast and are deficient in red. But there are usable
images there. A trip through the Acer Scanwit and a bit of software
tweaking brought a bit more life back to them.
