It seems that everyone on the list wants to be on the FS list.
So, I'll offer what I have for sale to the list.
And my sales pitch is in accordance to the recent postings.

**** Hush now let the brother speak *****
My beloved fellow Olympus enthusiasts. And their sweet, adoring,
understanding, intelligent, loving, light of their Olympus-loving
spouses lives ....or is it spices lives? We are gathered here to share
in the parting of some of brother Charles' Olympus equipment. It was
hard, Oh so hard! for our brother to let go of that which he holds so
dear and near to his heart, literally. But it is not for naught, knot,
nut..er.. whatever. A new piece of sacred Olympus equipment is winging
its way to Brother Charles' good home, as is the credit card statement.
Harken unto me, Brothers and Sisters! Do not Forsake...FORSAKE I SAY!
That which is put aside only to be forgotten... until some later date.
I beseech thee! Open your homes, your hearts to these humble offerings
so that they will be used with joy and hapiness all the days of our
lives. For they will outlive us all as the great designer intended.
Maitani us one and all.

-Charles Packard
=====================================================================
ITEMS FOR SALE - Round One

=====================================================================
Item : OM-2, Black w/Shoe 3, serial# 566xxx
Cosmetics: Usual paint flakes missing.
From back, around door edges, hinge.
Brassing along back edge of top plate.
Scratches on base plate and around battery cover.
Minor scratches around corners where strap rings hit body.
Little sticker in self-timer lever missing.
Serviced : CamTech 8/4//99, work# 10746.
Notes : Purchased from list member. (I've forgotten who)
Mechanically sound, no problems with it ever.
The camera has had light use, maybe 7-8 rolls through
           it since I've owned it.
Price : $185.00 (US)

Item : OM-2n, Black w/Shoe 4, serial# 889xxx
Cosmetics: Usual paint flakes missing.
From back, around door edges, hinge and memo holder.
Little brassing along back edge of top plate.
Scratches on base plate and around battery cover.
Little sticker in self timer lever missing.
Small dent on right side of prism housing,
does not affect shoe fit or viewfinder or flash
operation. Dent was larger. CamTech got rid of it mostly.
Serviced : CamTech 2/12/99, work# 10424.
Notes : Motor drive circuit burned out.
No replacement circuits available per CamTech 2/99.
Has developed this behavior every three or four rolls
during constant use. The film advance lever cocks the
shutter but does not advance the film. One or two more
tries and the film will start advancing again. Camera will
lock up within one or two frames after film starts advancing
again. Requiring the batteries to be removed and "B" + Reset
to be performed. I bought this camera as-is off eBay. It was
jammed and I hoped it had bad batteries. John H. resurrected
it. The trouble was a shutter curtain roller(?) came loose
causing the curtains to bind. I dont know if the symptoms
           its exhibiting now are related.
Yep, its what I call a user. But its a great camera.
Price : $100.00 (US)
