Since the rules changing, I've bought & sold through Paypal more than $500,
and still only have a personal account, and have not been charged the small
1.90r any transaction fees. Still all free. Still considering the 5.2%
interest I can now get on PayPal positive balances. Its a money market fund
so they warn of possible "risk"
