Is it worth it?  Only if your 4 is excellent/near mint in appearance,
but with a faulty circuit.  You've got to replace the main circuit, the
TV circuit, the top cover, and half a dozen minor parts - that's about
$400.00US in parts alone.  The metering is basically the same, the only
advantage that leaps to mind is the ability to use the F-280 flash.
