You might also try Trident Diving Equipment Neoprene cement. This is sold in 
diving shops in the US. It is very low viscosity so can be applied thinly on 
a pin head. It is  matt black and works well on all things neoprene. It 
remains flexible over extended periods. I have used it for sealing/glueing 
stiched seems on homemade neoprene camera cases (similar to Zing). A 4fl Oz 
can costs about $5-6 and smaller amounts are probably available. The 
manufacturer is based in Chatsworth CA.
