Orlando expert advice:

Get to the park early and go to the most popular lines first. They have
something new now called something like quick pass. You can get a ticket
pass for each ride and comeback at specified time, the line goes alot
quicker.

Photographing the castle is a no-miss photo opportunity, along with
photographing the characters. I would use a zoom lens, preferably. When
photographing vacations, try and shoot people (family) into your image, with
castle as back drop for example. I state this because, everyone has seen
Mickey and the castle before, and when showing the photographs to friends or
family, they are more prone to stop and look at a picture with someone they
know is in the picture.

Weikva Springs is a great natural springs in Florida which is great to go
to. You can swim and canoe all the way to the St. Johns river, if you have
the stamina, or canoe a few miles and turn back. Water is crystal clear, can
see right down to the bottom. Water temp is 72 degrees year round and it's
freezing. Has a cave you can snorkel in.

Daytona Beach, the only Beach in the World you can drive on. Can you believe
the Daytona 500 was born right on that beach.

Roise "O" Gradys in Downtown Orlando for nightlife entertainment.

Cape Canaveral Space Center, if you like space stuff. You can also go deep
sea fishing out of the Cape as well.

Then you have the tourist traps like Sea World, Universal Studios and of
course Walt Disney World (huge now).

Treasure Island is in Lake Buena Vista, (owned by Disney) has different
jobs, restaurants, and bars, for all ages.

Advice for which camera, tuff question. If you carry an OM, it becomes bulky
and heavy after a while, as compared to a point and shoot. Quality versus
flexibility and ease. (take both)

Have fun,

Sam.....
