As to why I am looking for less than ideal olympus lenses: while
Thanksgiving-ing in Montana, I saw a few photos a friend had taken of his
baby with his OM-1 and very fungus infected 50/1.8.... (This is the same
friend a list member send a hot shoe to for for free!...) While he is very
much an amateur, the results were very, very nice. a unique lens/ photo
quality that i really liked.... so, rather than panty hose and vaseline,
(which are good ideas) i thought i'd try to find an ugly with fungus first,
to see how that would work... but no luck so far.
