Fingerprints I would suppose! Raw titanium actually shows fingerprints and such
fairly easily and on a camera body it would be tough to keep clean. It would
have a pretty cool look to it though. I would vote for a brushed finish as it
would be easy to clean up minor cosmetic scratches (and the dreaded
fingerprints) by brushing with one of those plastic green brillo-pad things. The
other factor is that finishing Ti via bead blasting/brushing would be more
difficult to do on a camera body than just painting it.

One could also to a multi-color "ti-dye" anodization job. If you have ever seen
the Cinelli multi-color Grammo ti stems or Union ti spokes you know what I am
talking about.
