A one stop difference is twice as bright.  Twice as bright means less to
your eyes than it does to the film.

I asked this question a few months ago and John H (from Camtech) answered
that it is about 2/3 stop difference that won't affect the exposure in
automatic mode (The mirror is up when it does the exposure reading, the
viewfinder reading is just an estimate) but will be about 2/3 stop
overexposed, which can be compensated for with the exposure/iso dial, when
in manual mode.  Also if you buy and Olympus brand screen it will need to be
modified to fit in a model prior to the OM-2S.
