is the word "Olympus" in blue letters ? 
then I think it's original Olympus. My 4Ti comes with it originally.
And as far as I can tell from the "Olympus Handbook" from Olympus 
here in Europe there seems still a shoulder strap available. 
Don't know if it's 'this' one or a later 'model'. The german catalog number
is 12962.

Ahh. just had a look at John H. (www.zuiko.com) side. There are two versions  
available, I guess it's the second one you want
