I would echo John's comments re brighter viewfinders. As I get older (and need
reading glasses to see anything close), I have noticed a need for more contrast
and brightness.
That is why I now have a 2-13 in my 4Ti, and have replaced my 35/2.8 with a 2.0,
and my 135/3.5 with a 2.8.
I also prefer my 35-70/3.6 over my 35-105/3.5-4.5; the 35-105 is really 4.5 most
of the time!
I should also put a plug in for the 1-2 sceen; I use one in my 2n, and the
coarser microprism really makes focusing easy with slower lenses. It is only
recommended for standard and telephoto lenses, but I have no problems with a
24mm.
