The way all my auto flashes work (inc. a T32) is like this: you don't
just change the film speed setting, you change the aperture setting at
the same time, so if for 100ASA you pick an auto setting that says use
F/4, when you change the film speed to 400ASA, it should tell you to set
F/8, for example.  In other words, for a given flash, subject distance
and auto setting, your flash meter reading *should* be independent of
the film speed setting of the flash gun.
