Yeah, Tom- I think you probably flashed the big $ sign on him when you
attempted to re-negotiate. That would have made him think a little more
about the value of what he had.... Don't really think he lost it, though. He
probably had another offer for it specifically, and didn't know what it was
worth. He must be the guy who runs Al's Toy Barn... ;-)
