Looks like the SR44 is closest to the MS76 battery - it has a slightly
higher total capacity than the 357, but I suspect it may have the same
higher internal resistance that an SR44 has, and might not last as long as a
357  equivalent in an OM(2,2s,4,4t). Either will do much better than
alkaline or lithium versions.
