  Actually, it must be of fairly common interest as it is getting
interested but not enthusiastic replays.  It's also not exactly crowding
anything else out at this time and you have to admit that the cost is
low.
  Just because we all have the one common interest doesn't mean that
that is our only area of expertise.  We all want to share our knowledge
with others on the list who are interested.  With a list of this size,
it guarantees that we will have a very wide disparity of skills and
experiences.  That being said, it also insures that a few will not be
interested in any given topic, be it Oly or OT!  I myself, do block
deletes on whole threads (some of which are so called "on topic").  I
just don't feel the necessity to tell anybody about it though, it part
of my "free choice thing".  If you don't know how to do a block delete
please feel free to contact be off list and I will gladly co-operate
with you and show you how to do it.
  Until then, remember that there are obviously other people that are
interested, it doesn't take much space and also that "It too, will come
to an end"
