It's worked on a lot of things I have that are subject ot vibration.

Yes, just ensure you've got the correct formulation. One is for _permanently_ locking the threads and another is for _temporarily_ doing so. I believe you want the second type which allows you to break the threads loose when you want to remove the screw.
