A hot curry, anyone?
I love cooking Indian and can make a pretty decent
curry. However, it would be considered
middle-of-the-road heat wise. I can't get it hot
without the flavour getting grotty. I blame it on the
quality of the spices here in the cornbelt.
We're having 40+ people (that's 90 in metric) over to
our house tomorrow night for a TACO feast. I've got
some suicide peppers in the freezer that I might whip
something together.
