[OM] Flash diffuser for T-45, TTL cord Q

Has anyone found a good flash diffuser for teh T-45?

Also, has anyone seen, or can anyone make a TTL flash cord that would
connect to the plug on teh front of a 4T and end in a "universal" TTL
hotshoe (i.e. I could simply slide in an Oly or compatible flash to
the hotshoe on teh cord)? it's sure come in handy for using my flash
bracket with my 4T.
